Gain strength at older age

If you feel weakness at older age (50+), do this everyday.
Make a paste of 1 teaspoon jaggery, 1 teaspoon “Arjun” (Indian herb), 1/2 teaspoon “ajowein” (carom seeds), 1 or 1.5 cloves of garlic.
Take this everyday.
